Shine The Light On clothing. be yourself, bravely - normal is boring - put your best foot forward
The battle against mental health is one which many young people struggle. Currently 1 in 3 youth from all walks of life suffer from mental health related issues. Two out of three suffer in silence due to fear of rejection and alienation. Shine the Light on aims their messages at redirecting the conversation from stigma to acceptance - to reduce the negative attitudes people living with mental health issues face. Help engage in the change.
