THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2024
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.
PICK UP OPTIONS:
In-store pickup is available for your purchase.
During checkout, select the PICK UP option.
We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup at our store. Usually within 24-36 hours.

SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders of $200 and over.
For orders under $200, shipping is as follows: $12 within Ontario, $20 to other provinces. We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard shipping.
Delivery will take between 7-14 days.
Please be sure to include a correct mailing address. Any return to sender items cannot be re-shipped and will be held at the store.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours. Once the shipping process has started we are unable to cancel your order.

Joelle's is now operating independently from Jeff's Guyshop.

If you have Gift Certificates that were purchased prior to April 2020 (they will be paper and hand written) please be sure to use them before December 14, 2024, as these will not be valid after that time.
Please add 0000 (four zeros) to the beginning of the number on these certificates if you are using them online.
Gift Cards purchased after April 20, 2020 will either be digital or as a physical gift card. These gift cards will continue to be valid at Joelle’s by Ally until February 2026.
They will be valid indefinitely at Jeff’s Guyshop.
If you are unsure if you have an active gift card, we would be happy to look it up for you. Please visit the store in person or contact us.
