Joelle’s By Ally is an independently owned womenswear boutique in downtown Burlington, Ontario.
In 2025, Ally Reed opened her business with a new look and
storefront on John Street. Joelle’s has been a staple in the Burlington community and the destination for women’s clothing and accessories for almost 30 years.
Ally worked closely with Joelle for four years prior to
having the opportunity to take over the store.

Known for its incredible selection and commitment to exceptional customer service, Joelle’s by Ally creates the ultimate shopping experience in downtown Burlington.

ABOUT ALLY

Ally has always had an eye for fashion.
Some of her earliest memories include wearing a cow print dress as a toddler, helping style her mom for nights out, and admiring towering mannequins dressed to the nines in department stores.

Sharing a love of fashion (and shopping) with her mom, Ally would always accompany her on shopping trips, quickly developing a keen interest in all things stylish.
These shopping trips would include one very special stop at a cool boutique in Burlington - Joelle’s. From a very young age, Ally wanted to own her own boutique – even writing it as a future goal in her high school yearbook.
She loved how transformative clothing could be, and how finding the right outfit could take someone’s okay day to a great day, giving them that boost of confidence. Helping women feel and look their best in their skin has given Ally purpose.

After graduating from George Brown’s Fashion Management program and more than a decade in the fashion industry, Ally is turning her experience and passion into opening Joelle’s by Ally, a new era of the Joelle’s you know and love.
Having years of experience in buying, marketing, and styling, Ally is ready to
fulfill her lifelong dream of owning her own clothing store and can’t wait to share her passion with others!
