Yes. Your points expire 12 months after they have been earned. You will receive a reminder email to let you know that points are about to expire so, you won't miss out.

No. Unfortunately, points can not be combined or shared

We strongly recommend that you use one email. This way you can earn maximum points. Each email is a separate account in our system. If you currently have more than one email (more than one account) please talk to our staff to ensure that the correct account is being used. We do have the ability to combine your current accounts into one account so that we have all of your proper information.

You can start redeeming your points once you have earned 1000 points. One thousand points will earn you $20 off of your order. It won't take long for those points to add up!

If you return a product, your points will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
